How do I order?
Choose the product you want, customize it using the options on the site and add it to your cart. If you need help or want something special write us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Complete the order by completing the delivery data.
Please note that we reserve the right to obtain confirmation of your order through a short phone call before delivery of the package. Therefore, please give us a valid phone number on the order form. From that point on we start working on your order.
Execution and Delivery
The actual execution of the personalized product takes 24-48 working hours.
Deliveries are made by courier (Fan Courier) within 1 maximum 2 business days. So the minimum time you will receive your order is 2 days and the maximum 4 working days.
Delivery cost by Courier is 25 lei.
* If the delivery is made in an area not covered by the courier company, the shipping charges will increase depending on the distance and the tariffs of the company that transports the package.
Payment can be made at package delivery, by bank transfer or "Online via bank card".
* If you have chosen the "Online Bankcard" payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secured payment processor page.
- Visa / MasterCard / MasterCard (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) credit / debit card payments are made using the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations providing on-line transactions the same level of security as those at the ATM or in the physical environment at the merchant.
- "3-D Secure" assures first that no information about your card is transferred or stored at any time on the servers of the store or on the payment processor's servers, these data being directly entered into Visa and MasterCard.
Important to know! - There is no charge for bank card payments!
* For orders involving bank transfer payment, delivery will be made after the entire amount has been credited to the account specified in the order.
We reserve the right not to honor a specific order if that product disappears from the current offer, is not in stock, is no longer manufactured or for any other reason and we promise that we will do our best to offer you an equivalent or higher alternative at a similar cost.
If the products can not be delivered, the customer may demand immediate return of the amounts already received, but no other compensation. The maximum amount of Egomaniac Romania's obligations towards any customer in the case of non-delivery or inappropriate delivery is the value of the amounts collected from the customer.

If you notice the depreciation of the parcels, the courier will draw up a report of the damages and we will be able to take the necessary measures.
